Change Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password and are unable to log in, or if you simply want to change your password, you can do so at the login screen.

 

To change your password:

  1. Make sure you are not signed in to a Deepblu account.
  2. Click the Log In button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Click Forgot password?
  4. Enter the email address linked to your Deepblu account. Click Submit.
  5. You will receive an email from Deepblu with a password-reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
